- [5/18/14] Arlot and Valerie meet for the first time. It seems that they get along rather well.
- [5/18/14] Arlot tells Valerie that there is another alpha in the valley, named Aodhan, who is leader of the Evershade Pack.
- [5/18/14] Valerie confronts Aodhan, who was formerly an Ashwinter wolf, about what is going on. Aodhan pretends as if he does not know what Valerie is talking about, but he soon admits that he is, in fact, starting a pack. Aodhan asks for an alliance, but Valerie refuses, and asks for a simple truce of peace instead. Aodhan refuses, and goes on to say that Helushka and Novelle have joined his pack already. Aodhan again asks for an alliance. Valerie refuses and once again asks for peace. Aodhan refuses and declares war on the Ashwinter wolves.
- [5/18/14] Gravity, an Ashwinter wolf who was secretly an Evershade wolf, goes after the Ashwinter pups. She was only under orders by Aodhan to lure Valerie away from camp, so that he could talk to Arlot alone. However, Gravity had been gravely ill and became aggressive, which strayed her from her true task. Valerie manages to kill her before she does any damage.
- [5/18/14] Valerie goes to speak with Arlot, and notices that Aodhan has already talked to him. It seems that they have formed an alliance. Valerie explains to Arlot what happened with Aodhan, and asks if Arlot would ally the Zephyrwillow Pack with the Ashwinter Pack.
- [5/19/14] Arlot accepts Valerie's request for an alliance, and breaks off his alliance with Evershade.
- [5/20/14] Two new faces show up in the Ashwinter camp. Xero, an injured male wolf, and Ryokann, a wolfess who had recently befriended Syaeil. What will come of the two wolves?
- [5/20/14] Yarramundi departs from the Ashwinter pack in search of a better life. Valerie tells Yarramundi that she is welcome back should she feel the need to return, though Yarramundi seems dead-set on starting anew.
- [5/21/14] The weather is becoming much colder, and occasional flurries of snow are appearing. It's not quite cold enough for the snow to stay on the ground, yet. However, it's only a matter of time before the valley is completely covered in snow.
