~ Valerie ~ [Updated: 5/28/14]

Friendly: Valerie is very friendly towards other wolves, especially those she is close with. Due to this, though she does take her role as an alpha seriously, she does not normally act serious unless something goes wrong.
Kind: Valerie is greatly concerned with the feelings and well-being of her packmates. She tries her best to keep everyone happy, and will always attempt to console those who are feeling down. The alphess is also considerably affectionate, and this side of her will probably show itself as she becomes closer with her pack.
Dominant: Valerie is a rather dominant wolf, which, thankfully, makes up for the fact that she isn't so serious all the time. She will not tolerate disrespect, and will not hesitate to put a wolf in his or her place if they have done something wrong.
Quirky: She doesn't really have the great social skills you'd expect an alpha to have. Still, she tries her best. Unfortunately, the fact that she tries so hard sometimes trips her up.
Erratic: Valerie is notorious for her rapid mood swings. For example, she may become greatly angered at some serious matter, then suddenly become chillingly calm. Her mood can change randomly at any time, without warning, and often without cause.
Quick-tempered: Hurting or disrespecting Valerie or her loved ones, even to a small degree, may make her snap almost instantly. However, Valerie is as quick to forgive, or apologize, as she is to anger.
Insecure: Valerie is often concerned about what the other wolves think of her. She wants to be liked, and the fact that everyone treats her so highly confuses her. Are people treating her that way simply because she is the alpha, or because they like her? Maybe a little bit of both?
Cynical: Valerie is constantly questioning the motives of others, in her thoughts. Because of this, she is very cautious and distrustful. Additionally, she is extremely careful of who she promotes into leading positions.




[ Cato ] "Alright, I'm willing to give it another shot. I will not let my guard down, though. Please, do not change again. I want to be with the wolf I fell in love with, not the insensitive wolf you've been acting like recently."

[ Seiymier ] "My brother! I trust you with my life, and love you so much! I will always be here for you, through thick and thin. You have been a great beta thus-far, so keep it up! Oh, and, uhm, ... your approval does mean a lot to me. I hope to make you proud."

[ Arlot ] "I really, really, really like you a lot. You're kind and respectful, yet you know when to let loose and have a bit of fun. You're sweet and affectionate. I hate to say this, but I'm starting to like you as more than just a friend. That, however, is something I would never admit to anyone. Personal relationships aside, I'm extremely happy to have you as an ally. Ashwinter and Zephyrwillow will work well together."

[ Rilla ] "You. You managed to lift my spirits when I was very down, after so many pack members had left. After talking with you, I feel like I can trust you. You know what loyalty truly is."

[ Kixja ] "Oh, Kix. You're going to grow up to be an amazing wolfess. You have such a kind heart, truly, and it seems that you're coming out of your shell. You will make us all proud, I'm sure of it."

[ Rika ] "You're a nice, friendly wolfess. I like you very much. Thank you for being there for me when I needed someone to talk to."

[ Yarramundi ] "Talking with you some more has changed my view of you. Before, I felt that you were just ... nice. Now, it feels like more than that. You were very happy to see Seiymier and I, and that shows me that you really do care."

[ Kaimana ] "You're a cute little thing, aren't you? Very sweet, indeed. I'm sure you'll grow up to be a nice wolfess, especially with Arlot raising you. You and Kixja really need to meet, I'm sure you two would get along well."

[ William ] "I don't know you too well, but you're a nice wolf, and my brother seems to have taken a great liking to you."

[ Reedus ] "You're confusing. Then again, I've probably confused you more than you've confused me. Regardless, you seem decent enough. I like you as a wolf, so far, though you may seem angry at times."

[ Novelle ] "It's a pity that you've fallen into Aodhan's little trap. You would have made a fine Ashwinter warden. I do still feel a good deal of friendliness towards you, and I do not want to face you in battle. Please, let's at least try to stay on decent terms."

[ Helushka ] "After talking with you for a bit, I don't feel as much contempt for you. Still, I am wary of you. At the very least, thank you for clearing up the Gravity mess. I can sleep better at night knowing that she went after my pups because she was sick, and nothing more."

[ Akai ] "I don't trust you at all. I do have to say, I rather enjoyed demoting you to the omega rank. Your reaction was more than satisfying. Just remember, though: one more wrong move, and it's exile or execution for you."

[ Aodhan ] "You're worse than Akai. I can forgive you for leaving the pack, and starting anew. I can even forgive you for taking a couple of my members away from me. However, I will never forgive you for putting my pack at risk, as you did with Gravity, and surely will continue to do."
